Terms of Service for Sangana App

Welcome to Sangana! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using Sangana, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Service.

1. Who We Are

The Service is provided by Sangana LLC, a company registered in Ohio, United States of America (“Sangana,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction).
  • By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements and have the authority to agree to these Terms.

3. Accounts

  • You must create an account to use Sangana. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.

Journey Gatherings and AI Features

  • Journey is an optional assistant. Its replies are generated by AI, can be wrong, and are not medical, legal or safety advice. Do not rely on Journey in an emergency; contact local emergency services.
  • Meeting other people is voluntary and happens at your own risk. Sangana does not supervise gatherings, does not verify anyone's identity, and cannot promise that any person will attend or behave well. Meet in public places and trust your judgment.
  • Hosts are people, not Sangana. A host agrees to welcome the group, check conditions and tell people quickly if a plan is off. Sangana may decline, remove or restrict hosts and participants, and may pause or cancel a gathering after a report.
  • Some gatherings are organized by Journey with no host. These are limited to people the organizer is already connected with. Nobody is on site on Sangana's behalf; every participant, including the person who started it, confirms the plan, and that person decides whether to cancel or proceed if conditions change.
  • A gathering is confirmed only when enough people confirm the final plan. Enthusiasm or silence is never a confirmation. You are responsible for telling the group if you cannot attend.
  • For public events, tickets, registration and refunds are arranged with the event organizer or ticket seller, not Sangana. Event details come from third parties and may change.
  • You agree to the community rules shown in the app: meet in public, be respectful, do not harass or pressure anyone, and report concerns. We may suspend accounts that break them.
  • You can snooze, stop or block invitations and leave a gathering at any time. You can ask Journey to forget what it remembers about you in the app.

4. Use of the Service

You agree to use Sangana only for lawful purposes and in line with our community standards. You may not:

  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users.
  • Post content that is hateful, obscene, misleading, or infringing.
  • Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or misuse our systems.

We may remove content or restrict access at our discretion.

5. Fitness & Health Disclaimer

  • Sangana is not a medical provider. The Service may suggest workouts or partner connections, but it is not a substitute for professional medical advice.
  • Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting a new fitness program.
  • You use Sangana at your own risk.

6. Subscriptions & Payments

  • Some features are free; others require a Pro subscription.
  • Pricing, billing frequency, and trial terms are displayed in the app at the time of purchase.
  • Payments are processed via RevenueCat.
  • Refund policy: “Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. No refunds after renewal.”

7. User Content

  • You may upload or share workout logs, images, or messages (“User Content”).
  • You retain ownership of your content but grant Sangana a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it for operating the Service.
  • You are responsible for your content and must ensure it does not violate laws or others’ rights.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. sangana.app/privacypolicy

9. Intellectual Property

  • All Sangana trademarks, logos, and app content (excluding User Content) are our property.
  • You may not copy, distribute, or exploit Sangana’s content without prior written consent.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or for any other reason.

11. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

  • The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or accuracy of the Service.
  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sangana is not liable for injuries, losses, or damages resulting from use of the Service.
  • Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of Ohio, United States of America.
  • Any disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will notify you by posting in the app or via email. Your continued use of Sangana after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
