Public account deletion instructions for Sangana users
This page is for Sangana account and data deletion requests. It applies to users of the Sangana mobile app on Android and iOS.
Google Play developer name: Sangana LLC.
Delete your account directly in the Sangana app:
Important: account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
If you cannot access the app, email [email protected] with the subject line "Account Deletion Request".
Include the following in your request:
Expected response time: within 3 business days.
When your account is deleted, Sangana permanently deletes your:
Some limited data may be retained after deletion:
Most data is removed from active production systems shortly after request processing. Backup copies are removed on their normal rotation cycle.
Maximum timeline: all user data is permanently deleted within 30 days of a verified deletion request, except data retained for legal compliance as described above.
Sangana uses the following third-party service(s): Firebase (authentication). Where applicable, deletion requests are propagated to those providers so associated user data can be deleted according to their processing role and retention policies.
